At Flow Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your fragrance isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and authorization form.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused fragrance in its original packaging and outer box to ensure the glass bottle is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
